Welcome! I am a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University, currently completing my practicum at CounselCultureCanada under external supervision until April 2026. I aim to create a warm and respectful environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story—and even offering feedback my way—while I continue to grow as a capable counsellor.
I offer in-person and virtual individual counselling to anyone 16 and up, using a client-centred, skills-based approach that emphasizes collaboration and self-reflection. I bring over five years of experience in mental health and addictions as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on cognitive-behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, or it may seem to move painfully slowly. I strive to support you on your journey—whether that means working toward your goals or exploring what goals truly matter to you.
Let’s embark on this journey together.
